Established in 2015, Casa d’ Paco is the result of a childhood dream of Angel Leston that grew up with the best of the Spanish cuisine from the hands of his Galician parents. Honoring the tradition of Mediterranean families, more than food, sharing a meal is about the family bond.
Such memories and flavors shaped Angel’s character and when the opportunity came to open a restaurant it made sense to name it after his father Paco, a true living legend of the Spanish cuisine in the US. The love shared in family, is the same feeling behind every dish that gets served at Casa d’ Paco. An authentic feeling that anyone can taste. From the most authentic tapas, to the best Paella to dishes with a modern and fun twist, the menu is designed to surprise the most exquisite taste buds.
Casa d’ Paco is a brand that speaks for itself and its success resulted in the Paco Luca wines, the red Crianza Rioja and the white Albariño, the true ambassador of Galician grapes. In addition to the wines, Paco Luca just added the olive oil to its arsenal of quality. A very important element of the Mediterranean cuisine is the quality of the olive oil, Paco Luca Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a unique blend made with the best olives of the Alentejo, region of Portugal.
Honoring the family tradition Paco Luca is the combination of the names of Angel Leston’s father and son. Every step taken with the Casa de Paco and the Paco Luca products, revolves around family values and love. Just like Angel’s childhood memories, the difference is that today the bond is shared with a much larger “Paco nation” family. A family that fills our hearts with gratitude and continuously inspires us to do better! A commitment that will always remain.
